Circumcision done to male’s was a custom that was for a testimony that they were of faith in God, that was sign of the covenant between Abraham and God and all that followed and were of His household. To follow God was a first step of faith. To follow in the footsteps of the tradition of God people living in life and pattern of God’s people. Laws and traditions of man established in the wilderness and even before the wilderness. God teaches and circumcises His people, yet also uses the witness of man as a testimony of the circumcision to others. The heart submitting to the ways of God.
