God/Father of Those Who Fear Him.
Lesson Fifteen: by turtle

God chosen are those that believe. Those that chose God. The term chosen or elect is not select
group in the since I did not have a chance to be saved because I was not chosen. He gives each
and every one of a chance to follow Him. Are you so certain of this some may ask. That why it
is important to look at verses concerning God searching the heart of man. Also the fact that the
opportunity is given to each of us.

God gives everyone opportunity.

Romans 1:20 KJV  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly
seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so
that they are without excuse:

Hebrews 11:3 KJV  Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of
God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

It is by faith we believe in God. By faith we understand He created the world. He gave each one
the opportunity to examine his works. Unfortunately many do not want to hear testimony
today about God either by His creation or by his people.

If I build a statue and worship it like Romans and Greeks do I have literally made an image of
what I want God to look like. I have made God to represent what I desire him or her to
represent. God our creator is not a wooden statue made by human hands. He has never been
seen by the human eye. Yet with the human eye we have animals, plants, a galaxy and more.
We can squish a plant, tame a wild animal, and fly in space. But what we can not do is control
or know all that God knows. There are scientist that are biologist, chemist, etc. There are
teachers of physics, geometry, language, psychology, religion and many more. Yet not one
group of scientist or teachers understand everything. We have leaders  in every country yet they
have no full understanding how to bring peace. Yet God knows everything. Why because He
has created it. I might not see God the same way someone else sees God. If I teach from a
religious view and someone else works in a coal mine, they may have understanding I do not
have. They know what the deepness and the darkness of the earth looks like and I have not a
clue.  A child care giver experiences God as she teaches young children. She may see God's
work in a different light as well.

Our understanding might be different but there is still only one Lord, one faith, one baptism.

Ephesians 4:5 KJV  One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

There is one God, who is omnipotent. God is a God of all knowledge, because he created us all.
One thing man seems to have trouble with is understanding they do not have all knowledge.
Though God knows what we will and will not do by our heart, He still gives man choice. And
man does not know what he may or may not do throughout a month, a week, an hour, or a
minute. He constantly changing his mind or running into different obstacles and making
decisions, whether being consistent or not.

Basically God knows my heart because He made me. He knew us in our mother's womb.

Psalms 139:13-15 KJV
(13)  For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
(14)  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and
that my soul knoweth right well.
(15)  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in
the lowest parts of the earth.

God knows my heart.

1 Chronicles 28:9 KJV
(9)  And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect
heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the
imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake
him, he will cast thee off for ever.

Romans 8:27 KJV
(27)  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he
maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Revelation 2:23 KJV
(23)  And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which
searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

God searches our hearts and knows if what we do is good or bad. He knows our very heart. He
search our heart concerning sin.

Psalms 139:1-10 KJV
(1)  <To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.> O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known
me.
(2)  Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
(3)  Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
(4)  For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
(5)  Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
(6)  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
(7)  Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
(8)  If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
(9)  If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
(10)  Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

It is your choice to believe in the Lord and allow Him to lead you. There is no place you can
hide from God so do not even try. Instead yield to your Creator's will. Yield to your Creator
who loved you enough to send His only begotten Son to redeem you from your sin. Choose
Jesus today, Choose Him as Lord and Savior. He already knows you get to know Him today.
