| Lesson 62: The Law Of The Old Testament That Is Covered In The New Testament: The Signs Of The Time 3/25/2014 by turtle30c Luke 21:22-28 KJV (22) For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. (23) But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. (24) And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. (25) And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; (26) Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (27) And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (28) And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Before I move on with the law, I been greatly perplexed by signs of the time and false teaching that surround our time. April 15 there will be red moon according to science. I going to share a little something when full moon appears in the sky the cops, squad, fire department and hospital get busy it seems. Some might wonder why, because there more light at night to see by perhaps, or maybe it a sign of the times. No I am not against prophesy of our era, I am stating a fact. With all facts we might began to cry Jesus is coming soon, but Jesus even used the words of last days, speaking of his death and resurrection. The laws of science give a reason for red moon appearance it has to do with pollution, yet that would not explain a red moon in previous time where there was less pollution. To have children at a time of war is not a good thing, yet it the only way to guarantee another generation. If you ever raised animals you know there are better seasons and times to raise and also to sell them. With babies we do not sell, with hardship comes pain and sorrow, because one can not provide in times of war for their children. Yet with prosperity children are a blessing that can not be denied, because it a sign of prosperity. Yet a time of prosperity is a time of temptation for the evil one to slip in. Yet children should be a blessing no matter the time it is, but it can add to more sorrow. The signs of our time, demonstrate the return of the Word of God to the nation and nations surround it that hear and receive the Word of God. Yet we live only to see the Word of God rise up and get buried every so many years. I have to wonder how Lord before the consistency of your word is in our nation so the people will not forget you. Yet these rise and falls are only speaking of the time the Lord will be with us for eternity. Yet there are certain signs that speak of that time might be at door. Yet is the door of Christ return or another great awakening or global disaster, or a sign from heaven. What coming? What coming? I watched interview with a tv minister the other day and the person doing the interview was asking can it be predicted. All I can think it not ours to predict, it only for us to know the signs of the time and for God to give the warning to our heart and mind to those that listen and year. It not a perdiction it is a forecast of what has been and will be till the coming of the Son of God in the sky. With that let us remember the laws of God are like the laws of nature when it comes to prophesy. What it is for this generation, God knows and God knows if the return is now or later. Was the coming of the Holy Spirit now fulfilled for the time of Gentiles. We so badly need a time of no segregation of whether it be gentiles or Jews. It not about who leading the march in human realm but who is leading the march in the spiritual realm. Is God in charge? The warnings are for each generation, yet we can not ignore prophesy of the coming of our Lord and never give a date, because only God knows the time. Dear Heavenly Father may we understand that predictions are not ours, but your word will come and go, as sign of Christ return and even though we are seeing those signs more readily we must take heed, until the trumpet is blown.
