Romans 8:28-39 KJV
(28)  And we know that all things work together for good to them
that love God, to them who are the called according to his
purpose.
(29)  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be
conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn
among many brethren.
(30)  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called:
and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he
justified, them he also glorified.
(31)  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us,
who can be against us?
(32)  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us
all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
(33)  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is
God that justifieth.
(34)  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea
rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God,
who also maketh intercession for us.
(35)  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness,
or peril, or sword?
(36)  As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long;
we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
(37)  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him that loved us.
(38)  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to
come,
(39)  Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able
to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our
Lord.

As I look at pictures of my family’s babies as well as friends, I
can not help but thing of all that love that parents have and one
comment by a niece on a picture was how much she loved her
little boy. He not even six months yet, but how much love has
grown from the moment she laid eyes on him to before he was
even born. I have to wonder sometimes how could God give up
His Son for us. How could He allow His Son to die in our place.
Year’s ago I remember reading a story of a boat that was out to
sea and had capsized over with two boys and a man. One boy
was the man’s son and the other a friend of his son. He had one
chance to save one boy but would not be able to save the other.
His son was a Christian, so he toss the life rope to the other boy
and with that said “son I love you and I will see you in paradise.”
He retrieve the other boy to the safety of the over turn boat, as
he watched his own son drown into the sea.

How can God give up His Only Begotten Son, He knew His Son
would live. We were drowning in the sea of sin when God threw
us a life rope. A rope that take us to the ship which needed to be
overturned for Him. Our life once saved by the grace of God has
to be straighten up. The cleansing is immediately, but the furniture
in our life needs rearranging inside our heart. Our priorities are
not always God seeking, but self seeking. With the boat turned
over and Christ at the helm the deck continues to be cleaned and
the sails lifted up and the ropes and nets put into order to be
used at the right time to catch some fish.

What is the love God, the love God has no restraints. God knows
the outcome of His love, we do not. His compassion to give up
His Son was a free gift, and His Son willingly laid down His life for
us. No matter the crime, no matter the sin, Christ paid the price
for you and me. No matter what. Moses killed a man, and
divorced and each time he committed a crime he had to repent.
David lost his own son because of sin, so do not think there is not
consequence for sin. The price you pay for sin will only be of
earthly nature if you believe and receive Christ payment for sin.
Receiving the forgiveness of God. How can one deny that kind of
love. That type of forgiveness, it does not make sin right or okay
to do. Yet it heals the heart of sin.

Where do you stand today, trying to escape the love of God.
Remember God even walks in hell, heaven and the earth below.
God is calling you to repentance, all you have to do is ask for
forgiveness. It is that simple, why delay, ask Jesus to come into
your heart today.

Dear Heavenly Father forgive us of all our transgression, I receive
Jesus Christ as Lord of life and I ask Him to come into my heart
today, in Jesus precious name, Amen.
