Are you treating your neighbor has yourself. Are you treating your friends how you would want to be treated. Probably not.
We live in a dog eat dog society. Whoever can get to the top the fasted is the goaled. And how they get there matters little to a
person, unless they have some ethics or religious value. The position you are in, how did you get there? Who did you step on
to get the raise. Did you earn it or steal it? If you stole it why are you upset when someone steals it from you? God never
desired any of us to be abusive to each other. He love us very much and desires us to love others the way He loves us. God
sent His own Son to die for us. Instead of treating Christ as we should all persecuted and all nailed him to the cross with out
sin. He however rose victories over sin and death. The grave could not keep Him. Christ taught His disciples on how to live,
He taught them to love one another. However do we do this. Do we persecute others because they are not like us? Do we hate
them and show our hate? Or do we love them despite what they do to us? In Matthew 7 it speaks of this to treat others how
you want to be treated. However was it taught in the Old Testament?

Matthew 7:12 KJV
(12) Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the
prophets.
Leviticus 19:11-18 KJV
(11) Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.
(12) And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
(13) Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night
until the morning.
(14) Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
(15) Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the
mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
(16) Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy
neighbour: I am the LORD.
(17) Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
(18) Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as
thyself: I am the LORD.

Are you a stumbling block to someone or a help to someone. Of course what you choose to be is up to you. However if you
are saying you are obeying God you need to think is your actions Christ like. Is what you do according to the word of God?
The ten commandments found In Exodus 20 states ten basic commands of God Half about respecting God and the other half
respecting others. Do you respect others the way you want to be treated?

Christ teachings seem simple enough to anyone that hears them, but the truth is it not so easy to follow. Our human nature
often gets in the way of always doing what is right. In fact wide is the gate that leads to destruction. Does Old Testament speak
of a wide path to destruction and a narrow gate to heaven? Let us look at scripture.

Matthew 7:13-14 KJV
(13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be
which go in thereat:
(14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Psalms 14:1-3 KJV
(1) To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have
done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
(2) The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek
God.
(3) They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Psalms 77:16-20 KJV
(16) The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.
(17) The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.
(18) The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
(19) Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.
(20) Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

As Moses passed through the red sea, there was path between the waters. When the enemy marched through it drowned them.
Egypt had not yield to the plagues. They had choose not to believe God. No matter what country you are in, or where you live
there are people that do not believe in God. Or might believe in God but do not believe in the might of God’s wrath. Israel had
non believers, Christians nations have none believers, Islamic people have those who believe not in God. Atheistic countries of
course believe not God. And all of surround regions of the world have this trouble. Some say there is no proof of God.
However we all will have to answer to God one day. Wide is the gate that leads to death and destruction, but narrow is the way
of God. God took Israel right through the red sea. The sea is often symbol of sin of the world. Sin of the world either destroys
you or you can walk through it. It is your choice, on whether you adhere to sin or not. We all sin all fall short of the glory of
God. None perfect, none righteous.

Psalms 32:1-2 KJV
(1) A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
(2) Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

Romans 4:3-9 KJV
(3) For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
(4) Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
(5) But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
(6) Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
(7) Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
(8) Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
(9) Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was
reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.

For all men sin from the beginning, that is why the flood took place in Noah day. Sin had become so wide spread God sent the
flood. Out of the story of Noah from all three sons the tribes of the world are formed. God choose Abraham and His children
to demonstrate the love of God for all mankind. Each nation and person has always been responsible for receiving God and the
truth of God’s word. It is no different today. Christ is the word of God. He is the spirit of prophesy fulfilled. However there are
many false prophets and many false leaders. God gives away to tell the difference. Even Old Testament were aware of wolves.

Matthew 7:15-20 KJV
(15) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
(16) Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
(17) Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
(18) A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
(19) Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
(20) Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Jeremiah 23:7-21 KJV
(7) Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the
children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
(8) But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from
all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
(9) Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man
whom wine hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.
(10) For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourneth; the pleasant places of the wilderness are
dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.
(11) For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.
(12) Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I
will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the LORD.
(13) And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.
(14) I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen
also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the
inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.
(15) Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make
them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.
(16) Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain:
they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.
(17) They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that
walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.
(18) For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and
heard it?
(19) Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head
of the wicked.
(20) The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in
the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
(21) I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.

Matthew 7:21-27 KJV
(21) Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my
Father which is in heaven.
(22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils?
and in thy name done many wonderful works?
(23) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
(24) Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his
house upon a rock:
(25) And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was
founded upon a rock.
(26) And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his
house upon the sand:
(27) And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the
fall of it.

God will take care of the devils of this world, why worry about them. He has a place specially prepared for the devil and for
the false prophets and all those who do not follow Him. That gate is wide. Are you standing in a wide Gate or a narrow way.
Are you righteous by your works or by faith. Abraham works was a demonstration of faith, Noah was consider righteous
because he obeyed God. However righteous comes through faith, yet at the same time do you believe in the promises of God.
The promise of the Messiah that been fulfilled from the beginning. Christ being the word of God that was both the word before
the flesh came as a child. As well as prophesy of his appearing as a child. As well as prophesy of His death and resurrection.
Do believe He will return both in spiritual way as well as a physical way today. Christ comes both by the reading of the Word
as well as coming in a cloud to claim His people from their sins. Do you believe? That the question?
